For my customer..besides "sorry"..

I've made these for one of my customer due to unexpected incident happened when delivering her orders..even though she said it's OK..I can feel the frustation..and can't stop thinking of it even until ,hope these will ease all bad feelings in both of us..

Again..just by saying "sorry" ..not enough for me..

as my policy in gain customer satisfaction..
